Make sure you carefully read Groupon deals for exceptions before purchasing them. Some retailers only offer their deals on certain days, or require a special registration process for Groupon users. And remember, if you get a Groupon on a service or experience you would usually tip on (like a haircut, a massage, or a restaurant meal) you should still tip based on the original price!
