I ordered a "Class of 2013" Bear for my daughter's graduation. The pictured product showed a bear wearing a Class of 2013 shirt. What I received was a plain bear. When called, they told me they would ship me the shirt so I could put it on. When I replied that was not really a satisfactory response, I was given the option to ship the bear back and they would put the shirt on it, and ship the same bear back. Poor quality control and poor customer service.
