after I read review from other customer I feel so worry with my order,they send me shipment confirmation after two weeks I ordered without tracking number,and when I ask via email they said not available.And yesterday I got my order after three weeks I ordered,and good quality.
Currently having the same problem with like the other reviewer i ordered 8 things have received only 2 have left countless messages and have sent email no response so now going to start dispute process ... very disappointed especially since they are in Canada and got charged fees by credit card for international purchases!
I ordered jewerly from the store a month ago. After the order confirmation I never heard about them again. I called their customer service for few days, nobody picks up the phone, they don't return calls after voicemails or emails. Currently I dispute the charges thru my card company.
I would suggest to be cautious with this company.
