I agree with Melissa. Tried to place an order a couple of times. Each time, I gave it multiple attempts, check addresses and credit card info, and it would never accept the order. I also learned from the rep that it could be the amount of items in stock. So I only left the ones that had plenty, according the the rep anyways, and it still wouldn't work. I do the majority of my shopping online, and I've never had trouble like this.
I spend almost 2 hours picking out items and then attempting to check out. Come to find out the reason I was unable to get my order to process is because Bon-Ton was out of most of the items I chose. Their system is horribly outdated (even the sales reps will tell you so) and as items are purchased, the system does not update to show them as "out of stock." In the end, I totally wasted my time... what a disappointment! I do almost all my shopping on-line and have not had these problems with any other site. Needless to say I won't be back.
