I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. I purchased a poster collage for my godmother's 70th birthday party. I paid over $17 for express shipping. I wanted to be sure the poster was here in time for the party. It was scheduled to arrive March 5th. It is now March 8th and after 5 emails I have heard nothing. Also, I can not get through by phone, the message says they are experiencing high call volume. I am just sad and disappointed I can not provide my godmother with this memorable gift that I worked so hard onto prepare. I am hoping for a refund.
I bought the $35 for a 50x60 blanket on livingsocial. When I checked out, I was charged for shipping (the coupon specifically included shipping). I emailed their customer service with the livingsocial coupon number. Two days after, I received an email saying that the problem was fixed. When I checked out, the balance was zero. Awesome customer service on my end. I was nervous from the other reviews, but I had a good experience with collage.com. The blankets are beautiful (the velveteen is soft and the pictures are surprisingly more vivid then I thought. There are a few color mismatches but nothing too crazy). I bought three more blankets from collage.com and each have come out beautifully. The shipping does take a while but the product is good.
I sent at least 10 emails to them over a span of 3 months, and I only got 2 replies, but when I answered to each of them, they never answered back; hence the reason why it took 3 months to resolve my stupid problem. I finally threatened them with a lawsuit saying it wouldn't be difficult since all the reviews about them are absolutely awful, and they replied within 30 minutes. I can't believe I had to threaten them to get an answer. This site is absolutely horrific and cannot be relied on. I reported them to the BBB because they need to be shut down- I mean, look at all these reviews! I only continued to bug them because I used livingsocial to purchase a voucher and I didn't want my money to go to waste, but since I fixed my problem I'm never going back to them. Shame on livingsocial for advertising such an awful company and doing nothing about it when I complained to them.
I see that everyone is giving very poor reviews for collage.com and I too ordered 3 blankets that did not arrive by Christmas. It seems that I had a completely different experience with their customer service though. They contacted me via email at least 3 times before Cristmas with their apologies and letting me know they were doing their best to get the blankets to me before Christmas,but were afraid there may be a delay. I paid for expedited shipping for one item. The blankets arrived the day after Christmas, and with each order that I placed (3) i recd a$75 credit, as well as the amt that I paid for expedited shipping. I have ordered several items with my credits and have had immediate contact with their customer service.I am sorry that so many have had a negative experience, but with each order I've placed I've had nothing but positive experience and excellent communication, as well as awesome product! I hope those with negative experiences will give collage.com another chance.
I ordered 2 posters before the deadline collage.com posted for delivery by christmas, unfortunately my collage arrived after christmas. I have attempted to contact collage.com many times, however their phone number has a recording that says they are experiencing very high call volumes and to email them (after 3 emails, I have yet to receive a response). No wonder they cant get back to their customers... because everyone is unhappy!!!
I am not please with customer service at all! I okayed the late shipment when they asked but now after checking to see if it would EVER ship, they have sent a tracking number that does not work and are not responding to messages. This was a Christmas gift. I am so frustrated!
I ordered a blanket in plenty of time for Christmas and received and email that I would receive it ion December 7th. I received it about a week after Christmas. I was very disappointed because it was a Christmas gift. They gave me au gift card as an apology and asked for a second chance to make things right. I made the huge mistake of giving them a second chance and invested more money into a birthday gift for my sister. I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks because it is now past the estimated delivery date and I'm worried that I won't receive it on time. They have the nerve to not return the emails and phone cells that I have made. I'm so frustrated. It's such rude customer service. If I don't hear back by Weds I am fighting the charge with my bank. They are so inconsiderate. The least that they can do is provide feedback to consumers. I will never do business with them again. I will likely contact BBB and the attorney generals office. They are doing this to themselves
