2 weeks ago I made 4 separate orders for gifts for two family members that are dying and suffering terribly with cancer. They cancelled 3 out of 4 of my orders with no explanation, no informing me by phone or email either. When I wanted to find out what happened, they blamed me and said maybe I didn't put the credit card number in correctly or something of this nature. I have the number memorized and it showed up as pending on my bank statement as pending(happens with all purchases). Fraud alert even sent me an email that evening and I confirmed. I still never got an answer from them.
A few days ago I decided to give them another chance, I made 2 orders of 3 bedspreads. All was fine,sale pending and they cancelled all orders for the same sick cancer suffering family members with no email,phone call,or notifications whatsoever. I have just emailed them to see exactly why. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever ordered from and I do all shopping online. Brad should 86 them.
I just bought bed skirt from them. The item they pictured is completely different from the item I got. Despite that, they refused to refund because I bought it on sale, and confirmed no refund even after I e-mailed and explained them the reason. Stay away from this company!
