How do I unsubscribe? +

You can unsubscribe or change your email frequency on our email preferences page.

I have a question or a problem with a deal or a coupon. +

The quickest way to get help is to post in the comments section for that deal or coupon. You should see a response shortly from a Brad's Deals user, a Brad's Deals team member, or even Brad himself.

I tried using a code I found on your site and it did not work. +

Please post in the comments section of that coupon with a detailed account of your experience. It may have expired before we were able to remove it from our site. Retailers often do not clarify how long a deal or code will last. We test coupons throughout the day and do our best to remove them from our site as quickly as possible when they expire.

How do I make a purchase through your site? I do not see a cart or checkout anywhere. +

At Brad's Deals, we don't actually sell anything. Instead, we serve as a resource to help you shop smarter with online purchases or at a brick-and-mortar store by comparing prices, alerting you to awesome deals, and giving you a shortcut to expert-tested coupon codes.

Why am I receiving my daily alerts so late in the day? +

We do our best to send our email alerts out as soon as possible each day, typically no later than 1 or 2pm CST. If you are not receiving our emails until the evening or later, the cause is most likely your email provider. We have been notified that our emails have been delayed for some Gmail users. In those cases, Gmail has had the email for many hours but is simply slow to deliver.

I am told by the customer service department that they are not aware of Brad's Deals and will not honor the coupon codes I found on your site. +

This is likely a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. When you call a customer service agent for a particular store to inquire about deals or coupon codes, they may not know what you are talking about and even go as far as to tell you our deals and codes are fraudulent. This is not the case. Customer service agents are not always aware of what deals or codes their store may offer for consumers. Please let us know about these instances in the comments section.

I purchased an item through your site and they have charged my card, but I still have not received my item and cannot reach the store. +

I forgot my password or I keep seeing a message that says my password or login is incorrect. +

Be sure you're using the email address you signed up with. If you're sure you are using the correct email address, click on the 'forgot password' link in the Log In form, and you will be prompted to enter your email address and click 'Send Email'. You'll get an email with instructions for resetting your password--please wait a few minutes for that message to arrive. If you don't receive an email after ten minutes, check your spam folder and add alerts@email.bradsdeals.com to your address book.

How does Brad's Deals make money? +

When you buy one of our deals or use one of our coupons, we may receive a small commission on the sale. It doesn't affect the price you pay. Because you're never buying directly from us, we have no access to your order history or credit card information.
