Journeys does not price match.

Journeys allows returns in new condition for full refund or exchange within one year of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging with original receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All orders returned by mail will have a $7.95 fee deducted from the refund amount for the cost of return label. In-store returns are free.

Journeys sells women's shoes, women's clothing, women's accessories, mens shoes, mens clothing, mens accessories and kids shoes, kids clothing and kids accessories.

There are no brand exclusions.

Journeys carries products by Timberland, Adidas, UGG, VANS, Dr. Martens, Converse, Crocs, Havaianas, Hello Kitty, Fila, JanSport, K-Swiss, Keds, Kensie Girl, Levi's, Minnetonka, MUK LUKS, Nanette Lepore, Native, New Balance, Nike, Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Puma and more.

Journeys does not have a loyalty program.

Journeys has a store locator option on product pages to search in-stock items at your local store. However, they do not offer in-store pickup on products ordered online.

Only one promotion can be applied per order, and cannot be combined with other offers.
