Belk price matches identical items from Macy's, Kohl's, JCPenney and Dillard's both online and in store. To request a price match online, customers should contact Belk Customer Support.

Belk offers $10 off $20 or more for new email subscribers. Customers can always save up to 80% on clearance items.

Belk allows returns and grants full refunds within 180 days of purchase with original receipt or packing slip. If you don't have the receipt or packing slip, Belk will refund the lowest sale price offered in the last 30 days. Returns can be made both in store and online.

Belk Bucks reward shoppers with dollar amount coupons for money spent. For example, often, shoppers will earn $15 off $75 for every $75 spent at Belk. Belk Bucks can be used in store or online.

Eligible items can be ordered online and picked up in store in about four hours. When items are picked up in store, there is no shipping cost.
