Carter's allows returns with your original receipt, gift receipt, or online order packing slip for 90 days. Shipping and handling is not refunded for online orders.

Carter's sells items for infants, toddlers, and kids. Some of the items include sets, bodysuits, onesies, sweaters, hoodies, jackets, outerwear, shoes, pajamas, swimwear, leggings, pants, shorts, skirts and more.

Clearance items, Doorbusters, non-Carter brand shoes, Skip Hop items, Some of these excluded items may count towards the order value required for meeting coupon minimums. Please consult the individual coupon terms.

Carter's carries their own brand and is also affiliated with Oshkosh B'gosh, and Skip Hop.

Carter's has a rewards program called Rewarding Moments Members earn points that add up to rewards that include saving on purchases, free shipping and birthday gifts. Rewarding Moments Members also gain access to new items before non-members.

Carter's offers free ship-to-store pickup.

Employees of Carter's are not eligible. Online coupons are not valid for international orders. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, Grandparent Wednesdays, or military discounts. One coupon is applicable per day.
