Most orders ship free at HP, including ink and toner supplies and paper supplies.

HP offers price matching on current direct-filled pre-tax pricing for comparable PCs and identical HP printer models from national retailers including but not limited to Dell.com, Lenovo.com, Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, TigerDirect.com, Newegg.com, and Staples.com. The price match must be requested at the time of purchase by calling 1-800-888-0229.

HP sells laptops, desktop computers, printers, 3D printers, ink and toner, displays, and computer accessories.

HP's return window is 30 days from delivery. To return your HP merchandise, request a Return Merchandise Authorization online, via chat, or by phone. Print the FedEx prepaid label, and ship all items in original packaging from your local FedEx location or authorized shipper. Some exceptions apply.

HP does not have a loyalty program.

Many of HP's retail partners offer in-store pickup on the HP products that they sell.
