Staples offers in-store pickup on eligible items. Select Pick Up Today on the product page and choose the location with availability nearest to you. There are no shipping charges applied to items purchased online and picked up in store.

Unopened office supplies can be returned anytime. Furniture and technology (including computers, laptops, tablets, eReaders, cell phones and drones) must be returned within 14 days. Unopened software can be returned at anytime. Digital software cannot be returned, and ink and toner that is unopened and unexpired can be returned at anytime.
