American Eagle has a Reserve, Try and Buy program which allows shoppers to choose up to five items daily online to be held at their local store. A confirmation will be sent within an hour, and items can then be tried on and purchased in-store.

American Eagle allows returns online or in-store and grants refunds to the original form of payment with receipt or invoice. For items returned with no receipt or invoice, the current price of the item will be returned to an AE Gift Card.
