Prime Day is July 11-12: How to Get Ready
BREAKING: Amazon announced the dates for their Prime Day sale! Here's everything we know and how you can get ready to shop the sales.
Amazon just announced that its annual Prime Day event will be on July 11-12, 2023! This isn’t a surprise to us as they’ve announced their yearly event in June to be held in mid-July for the past six years. They only deviated from the norm for a delayed 2020 event in October and an early Prime day in 2021, both due to the pandemic. And they added a Fall event last year with Prime-Worthy deals, so we anticipate this could become a biannual event.
We’ve covered every Prime Day since its inception in 2015 and know the ins and outs of this sale. We’ve learned what to expect, the deals you should snag, and what you should avoid. Plus, we’ll be sharing all of the great deals other stores will be offering to compete with this event!

What to Expect
Amazon has announced some of the brands we can expect to find discounted for Prime Day. Throughout the 2-day sale, you’ll find deals on Peloton, Sony, Bose, JBL, YETI, Lancome, Levi’s, iRobot, OPI, Amazon Essentials and FOREO.
Starting now, be on the lookout for early deals on Amazon devices like Echo Show, Kindle Paperwhite, Fire 7 tablet, Ring Alarm Security Kit, and more up to 55% off. Historically, we’ve seen the best prices of the year on Amazon devices during Prime Day. While we may see some price-matching during Black Friday sales, it’s safe to assume you’re getting a good deal on these items to buy now.
We also expect other stores to get a jump on Prime Day and join in with early sales. Don’t worry, our experts are looking for your favorite brands and stores and will share them all with you. For example, we’ll most likely see price drops on Amazon Fire TVs and smart TVs from other brands like Insignia and Toshiba.
Amazon has also announced Buy with Prime, so you will see some of the best deals on other retailers’ websites, but still be able to buy and fulfill the deal with your Amazon account.
